Ideal location, close to everything but just far enough away to avoid the hoards of tourists on the other side of the Arno. You can walk here from the train station in under half an hour. The Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace are only a few steps away. We had a very comfortable room with a well appointed bathroom, including a rainhead shower that produces plenty of hot water. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. A nice fellow took our bags and showed us to our room, which was great, because the elevator is only big enough for two people, and we would’ve wandered around looking for our room.

The service - front desk who checked us in (gentleman, sadly I didn't get his name) was friendly and, on the first night, walked us directly to the room and gave us useful hotel and area tips. Location & Price & decore - all A+. The room was always made by midday, strong air-conditioning, so rooms stayed cold (welcomed in the Italian heat) , great hot / cold shower with strong water pressure. Loby and room decor were tasteful and not overwhelming. TLDR - great service and fantastic value. Highlights include room cleaniess, room fuction, decor, and location. Would book again.

To start. The location was great. The the property was beautiful. Close to public transport Close to súper market. Their roof top restairant is superb. The staff was excelente. They helped us with the rooms. We had booked smaller rooms because we did not realize in pictures. They realized we did it in error. So they moved us to other rooms. We appreciate them. The lady at the counter was very supportive and Lorenzo or rodrigo not sure. Helped us with the property tour. Thank you again.

The breakfast was one of the best. They will NOT let you take anything out of there for the day to eat! I did not get to try the lunch or evening meals as I was on tours the days I stayed. I would have loved to see the rooftop terrace view, but my cell phone stopped receiving service on a tour with 'GetYourGuide' (no one else's stopped receiving service) and I spent my last evening stay trying to connect with Verizon to fix the issue (NO GPS). the very next day my cell phone was stolen on the train.

We had booked a room with access to the hotel's inner courtyard garden and the room and surroundings were just lovely. Our room was on the ground floor at the rear of the hotel and it was very pleasant to sit out in the garden with our family members. The room itself was very comfortable, lots of storage for clothing and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The highlight of the hotel is the roof deck; we made a reservation for dinner and the view, the scenery and the sunset were stunning. The location is perfect (less than a 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio) and you can walk easily to all of the major sites in Florence.

I was on the second floor which meant stairs or a small elevator. It was great and I loved the hotel. The location is unreal and the Oltrano area feels little less touristy. Florence is super busy on the Ponte Vecchio and near the Duomo so it was nice to be close but far enough away from the busy crowd. The terrace has an unreal view of the Duomo and the hills behind Florence.

Amazing hotel - FANTASTIC location positioned minutes between Pitti Palace and the Ponte Vecchio bridge, plenty of restaurants around too. Hotel is clean and staff were very attentive to any needs. Breakfast was a great spread, and a bonus that we could eat it on the terrace with such lovely views across the city. Would highly recommend reserving dinner on the terrace one night, the view is just beautiful!

I liked the location most as it was an easy walk to all the main attractions & restaurants & shops. It was very clean & it was quiet. I also loved the restaurant with the wonderrooftop views. Definitely worth having dinner or a drink there.
